The facility, completed in 2005 has been designed to high specifications, based in 2 buildings of 2600 & 13703 square metre respectively. Both housed in the same industrial park, next door to each other.

All services required of a contract house, such as power, air, etc are available to new users.

We can also add any additional requirements, such as offices, clean rooms, labs, etc to your specification.

Labour pool is large, with the Nanjing area being able to utilise a significant work force of around 500,000.
